Now I understand what it means to say that the best things in life are free. These 5 things are and if we could pay strict attention to them, we can stay healthy for sure.

3. Good sex: This is strictly for the married couples, no jokes. Have fun in bed and let it reflect in your daily life. Takes away the stress, puts a spring in your steps and keeps you smiling all day.
