But from what I 'heard', it seems to be the handiwork of some perverts who took a scene from a popular cartoon program - teen titans and created that picture which is actually a link to a cartoon porn site.
A porn site with cartoon characters...who is their target? Children these days have access to android phones, ipads etc. There is no telling what they can do with it. Let's be careful. Protect your children.

Agreed, but I also think that this is just a bit of dumb idea to post, I mean, someone has just made a nude edit, if a kid under 18 is looking at that stuff it is because of 3 reasons, 1.
