...Cheating is not exclusive to men, just as nagging isn't exclusive to women. Women also have the capability to cheat on their men. It's purely human nature. But it's only few who, despite the temptations, chose not to give in to this powerful seduction.
Yes, man has the power to say no if he wants to. It's all about self control. It helps you keep your feelings in check so that you can do the right thing.
If a man thinks he has high libido and no self control, consider this scenario where a man wants to get down with a lady only to discover she has STD. Would he go ahead and sleep with her or would he stop himself immediately no matter how wild his desires may be at that time? Of course he will back out sharp sharp.
So let's stop hiding under the guise of men being ' wired to cheat' in order to justify their infidelity.
If men crave variety, women also crave variety (not familiarity, like Etcetera put it). After all they, like men, are human. Who likes eating the same type of food everyday anyway? Naturally nobody wants to eat the same food day in, day out. So this particular example is inappropriate.
One day, I read an article about a man whose wife caught him cheating, again. In tears, his wife told him that she will also cheat on him if she ever caught him again cheating on her in future. The man wrote in saying that he can't stand the thought of another man being on top of his wife!
Now, I ask: What gives men the right to think that they can cheat on their wives yet their wives can't cheat on them? If this man can't stand the thought of another man sexing his wife, doesn't he know he is emotionally traumatizing his wife by having sex with another woman? If you know you will be hurt by exactly the same thing you are doing to your spouse, why would you even want to do it? It's sheer wickedness.
