Over the years, men have searched for the secret of eternal youth. Elizabeth Bathory, born 1560, was popularly known as the 'blood countess' because she was rumored to bathe in the blood of virgins as a component of her beauty regimen. In her quest for eternal youth, she was said to have killed about 650 girls between 1585 and 1610.
Elizabeth had a weird childhood with weird people in her family. Her childhood nurse was said to practice black magic that depended on the sacrifice of children for their bone and blood. At 15, she got married and was left most times in the company of a witchcraft practicing aunt,an alchemist uncle and a devil worshiper,and her brother who was a reputed pedophile.
With the likes of Kim Kardashian trying to look young and stay young, the vampire face -lift, a procedure which creates a plumper skin by injecting person's own blood into lines and wrinkles, has been introduced. It involves drawing blood from the arm and spinning it in a centrifuge to extract the platelets then injecting the platelets into the person's face in wrinkle- prone areas like under the eyes, the neck, cheeks, etc.
