                              A young boy, rather than request for toys and gadgets for Christmas made a selfless request for his father's healing.   When the Santa asked the boy what he wanted he said all he wanted was for him to help the dad that his father was in a lot of pain. The Santa, overwhelmed by the boy's request, told him that his specialty was in toys but he would like to pray with him.  The prayer was caught on camera as a woman nearby felt led to take a snapshot of the precious moment. "I asked that the Lord would help him with the pain and that he would have enough joy in his heart to get through the pain," Santa recalled. An anonymous donor whose giving lifted her out of depression earlier this year shared her joy of giving with her brothers and sisters at church when she gifted them $10,000 worth of $100 bills. And the result was stunning. Those who accepted the gift also went ahead to do 100 good deeds to their fellow church members, homeless children as well as cash strapped strangers. Internet preacher Greg Locke has fired back at pastors who believe there are other ways to heaven apart from Jesus. A Korean pop star Jonghyun's death has been trending these past few days after his apparent suicide at the age of 27. They said it was carbon monoxide intoxication after investigators found coal briquettes burnt in a frying pan inside his apartment. A mum has sparked an outrage by saying that the Virgin Mary was 'raped' by God when she conceived the baby Jesus. It has already been announced that the sex ed will be compulsory in all schools in the UK—including parochial schools run by the Catholic Church and Church of England. Depression is a spirit that leaves you feeling alone and lonely, hopeless, dejected and most often, in extreme cases, suicidal. But the good news is: you can prevent it. Even better, there is a cure for it.  The rate of suicide all over the world has greatly increased so much so it's almost common. Did you notice? No day passes by without a suicide ish . There is this recent story of how a pastor who dedicated himself to suicide prevention ended up committing suicide! What happened? Depression. That man was a pastor, meaning anyone can get depressed but it's up to you to choose how you respond to it. It's either you choose to succumb to it or you are determined to overcome it.  This is what depression does to your mind: you simply look at your world and you feel sad and lonely.
