Channeling energy is an age-old occult practice. Demons use energy as one of the ways they can move from place to place.
They use this energy movement to transfer from person to person, person to object, etc. It is a form of witchcraft, and it is not a practice that brings a person into alignment with the Spirit of God.
Even meditation is a form of moving energy as you are trying to move your energy into a certain direction, thought pattern or process in order to gain something. That is witchcraft.

Doing these Eastern spiritual practices is aligning yourself with the kingdom of darkness. It is practicing inviting the demonic into your being and into your life.
It can cause great harm to your physical being as well as your spiritual being. Once you bring these practices into your life, you are also inviting these demonic entities into your home and your family.
Yoga in particular is very dangerous because of the momentum it has gained in our world today, even within the Christian church.Eckert says some yoga-based practices were even used in ritual Satanic abuse against her.

Anything that is not of Israelite Culture can be seen as "Satanic," so what can Christians say about other people's Spiritual Practices from the Biblical Standpoint?

HATHA YOGA consists of Stretching Muscles and flexing Joints to attain the full range of motion, and attain optimum balance, and controlling one's breathing in all of the postures, regulating Oxygen intake, and Carbon Dioxide exhalation, and Brainwave rhythms, with the goal of minimizing wastage of the energy of spirit, soul, and body.
Someone wants to now tell us that optimizing our spiritual, mental, and bodily resources is "Satanic."
Whereas, going around with our muscles fighting one another unnecessarily, and our bodies off-balance, breathing too shallowly, so that our bodies acidify, increasing our susceptibility to Sickness and Disease, and keeping our concentration lazy, so that we cannot focus as we should, nor think at the awareness levels we should, THAT is "GODLY?"

You think that swordfighting to the death is an amateur sport?

But where, in The Bible, do you find "THE BOOK OF QUARTERSTAFF?"
Where in THE TORAH do you find: "THUS SAITH THE LORD: 'THIS IS HOW TO USE A SWORD...' "?
Yet these people went up against trained armies- you think it was with no skills all? That they just picked up the weapon, and swung and swung until the other guy was dead, or they were?
They had to know what they were doing, and these details are not included in the Books of "HOW GOD WANTS TO BE WORSHIPPED."

What do we know about what they ate, and how they ate it?

Why should we therefore know anything about how they limbered their bodies?
