What will you call this: Sanity or insanity?

They call it gender fluidity. I'm wondering what medical term they must have given this one...identity disorder?

They also call themselves 'Queer' and according to urban dictionary a gender fluid person is one who fluctuates between more than one gender, or between having a gender and not having one. They do not stick to one gender, or lack of, their entire lives. It's not related to their genitalia or sexual orientation.

In other words, a gender fluid person can say he is a boy today, tomorrow he is a girl and next tomorrow he is neither a boy or girl.

What word best describes this? Confusion?
So how does one refer to a gender fluid person; He, she or it? I hear they prefer using one, ze, sie, hir, co, ey.

God help us.
