This 68-year-old penshioner, known only as Tan, drank the traditional Asian alcoholic drink of rice wine “like water”.
As a result of his dangerous consumption levels, fatty tumours started to grow all over his upper body and he was later diagnosed with Madelung’s disease.
Tan’s neck is almost the same size as an average man’s waist and restricts his airflow.
*Just this morning I was talking to someone about the seeds we sow. I told him that sometimes when our life is in a mess, look back and think, what kind of seeds did you sow?
People are so fast in saying "God is punishing me" when in fact it is the seeds they've sown that speak over time. There are consequences for everything we do, good or bad.
This man had continuously sown the seed of alcoholism for 30 years and this is what he reaped. Sad.
