WORDSHARE: The man who swooned Jesus' heart!

I feel ever so refreshed when I study my Bible. It never grows old. Every answer you seek is in that Book but you have to open up your heart and your ears to find it.

"Jesus just say the word. I know everything will be alright. Just one word!"

A roman officer wanted Jesus to heal his servant. "I will come...," was Jesus' reply. But the officer, a heathen, a non-Jew responded in deep respect,

"Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof or into my home. Just say the word from where you are and my servant will be healed. I know this because I am under authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say, 'Go' and they go, 'Come' and they come. If I say to my slaves, 'Do this,' they do it.

Every situation is under authority to respond to Jesus. Every disease, sickness, stagnancy gives way at Jesus' command.

The roman officer understood this deep truth and won Jesus' heart. Win Jesus heart today through FAITH. There is nothing beyond Jesus. Even nature obeys Him. Everything living and non-living is subject to His power. With 'the Word', Jesus sets things in place.

Jesus said to the officer, "Because you believed, it has happened." Matt 8:13

To win God's heart, it takes faith. The roman officer amazed Jesus with his words so much so Jesus said, "I have not seen faith like this in all of Israel!"
