Yesterday was Good Friday. But what is good about Good Friday since it was the day Jesus died?
Is it not a time we should mourn instead and pro'ly call it the sad Friday or the black Friday?
Evangelist Billy graham gives a good answer as to why Christians call the day of Jesus' death "Good Friday".

Evangelist Billy graham gives a good answer as to why Christians call the day of Jesus' death "Good Friday".
"The reason is because Jesus' death wasn't a
tragic mistake or an unexpected accident; it was part of the eternal
plan of God for our good! Jesus was the perfect, sinless Son
of God, but on the cross all our sins were transferred to Him, and He
became the final sacrifice for our sins.
If Jesus had never gone to the cross,
you and I would have no hope - no hope for forgiveness, and no hope of
ever being in God's presence forever. But because He died for us, we do
have hope - hope for today, and hope for eternity."
*If Jesus never rose, we would have called it a sad or bad Friday but for crying out loud, the King rose! He conquered sin and death.
In fact He finished it off and gave the devil a fatal blow he will never recover from. So why not rejoice cos though He died painfully but He now lives again and we have been set free, redeemed by His blood.
So crazy in love with Jesus!
