Does surgically enhancing your body through plastic surgery always end in regret? Urhm, sorry, did I say 'enhance'?
Plastic/cosmetic surgery does not enhance beauty it diminishes it...for those who want to achieve 'perfect beauty'. Especially now that there is a craze for bigger butts, bigger boobs, bigger lips etc all in the name of sex appeal.
If you love yourself, you will love your God-given natural looks cos believe me, time will tell.
You can't compare the natural with the unnatural, processed, artificial look. As you get older, look into the mirror, I am so sure you won't like what you see.
The craving for perfect beauty (what's that anyway?) brings about the unquenching desire for plastic surgery.
And the more you alter your looks, the more you want to alter until it becomes an addiction. It's such a powerful feeling that you can control what you look like so easily, isn't it?
You are never satisfied with what you see. You lose your security and your joy comes from your body image and you spend so much money, energy and peace of mind to maintain it. Your body becomes your idol. God help you if you wake up one morning and see a spot, hmmm, that day nobody will see you outside.
So sad a life!
Keep processing that body and it will keep wearing out causing it to age faster.
In few years when you compare what you look like now as against your natural looks, you will wish you never wasted your money venturing into cosmetic surgery in the first place.
*You are created in God's image. Love and appreciate your natural beauty. Why destroy it because of what the world defines as 'beautiful'? Stop idolizing you body and spend your money on more important things like helping the poor and giving to God's work.
It's sad how much people waste on cosmetic surgery yet there are people around them who desperately need that money. It's pure selfishness. Well, it's their money, abi?
