Never forget to arm yourself with a kind word and a smile. As simple as they are, they can save someone's life and open endless doors of opportunities to you. So keep smiling and don't dampen one's spirit with harsh words. Instead of tearing down, build up. I assure you, it is worth it. You can look back at the end of the day and feel good with your self. Take away the strain and the frown. A cheerful heart is good medicine.
