The 3 parent baby procedure: UK, the first country to put a stamp on it

There is this new controversial procedure of creating a baby from 3 parents and UK has become the first country to legalize it.

The procedure uses DNA from two women, one the baby’s actual mother, and one man, the baby's father, to create a baby outside the womb.

The third DNA from another woman is said to reduce genetic health conditions for the child.

Some see this as a scientific breakthrough while some question the ethics of the procedure.
