Someone asks,"If God Exists why has He created such a Painful world?"

This interesting question was shared on one of my LinkedIn groups and I thought it would be nice to put it up here and allow you folks rack your brain a little. But below was my answer:
Yes, God exists and No, He didn’t create a painful world. We did. The pains we experience is as a result of the bad choices we have made. It’s God’s desire that we enjoy life and He has shown us how to do so in His Word. God is no slave driver. He has given us the freewill to choose life or death, blessing or curse but HE appeals that we choose life that we and our descendants may live. But rather than choose life, man opts for death, a life of sin and rebellion against this loving God, thus they suffer the consequences of their choice then turn and blame God…
