A couple found a 'box of treasure', actually a safe box, which contained $52,000 dollars, jewels of gold, jade and diamonds, but also a piece of paper with an address on it buried in their backyard.

And guess what? They returned it after tracing the loot to their neighbors using the address they found in the safe box after the neighbors confirmed they were robbed in 2011.
