Sincerity is one of the vital ingredients in marriage or any relationship. Sincerity means openness, genuineness, honesty,lack of deceit, trustworthiness...yes I love the word trustworthiness. When you are sincere, people trust you. In other wprds, sincerity in any relationship creates trust.

True love is when a man loves you just the way you are irrespective of your past. If a man can't accept you because of your past or your current medical situation then he doesn't love you enough. And the only way you will know the one who loves you enough is by being sincere...
When you come clean with your partner, it's refreshing and liberating. Sounds a bit scary right? You really love him and you don't want him to know you may not be able to bear children because of your several abortions? Or you really love her but you can't let her know you have erectile dysfunction in order not to lose her? Well, the bad news is that you may eventually lose him/her when they find out for themselves. Either way, you lose!
