A mansion formerly owned by Mike Tyson will be converted into a ministry center, announced an Ohio church. The property was donated to Living Word Sanctuary.
Relevant reports that Tyson lived in the massive house in Southington during late 1980s and 1990s The famous boxer was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1999 after being convicted of rape and serving time in prison.
Pastor Nick Dejacimo of Living Word said the church plans to incorporate a sanctuary, classroom, youth center, children's area and gym into the mansion.
