Keep smiling, be courteous, be friendly. Break the shyness jinx and go out make friends. Do not let the fear of being snubbed stop you. Ignore what people say. Pay attention to what God says. It is a conscious, deliberate effort you have to make prayerfully. God will heal you as you prayerfully confess what you believe.

Low self confidence, insecurity are all psychological; a thing of the mind. If you have to deal with it you have to start by working on your mind. Yes. Most times insecurities have to do with our bodies. Masturbation is a plague right now, a way to stimulate one's genital sexually usually to the point of orgasm. And contrary to what a popular pastor said that masturbation is not a sin but just a habit, I will say that masturbation a sin and a bad habit, completely unhealthy for your soul. First it was Brunei that banned Christmas but right now two other countries , Somalia and Tajiskistan have made the list just few days away from Christmas. Their reasons? Sometime ago, Scientists discovered strange giant tube worms in the ocean floor. These worms are unique in that they are capable of surviving in total darkness, do not eat, can live in extremely hot temperatures below the surface of the earth and can survive in an environment full of sulfur(in fact sulfur is their source of livelihood), the chemical that fuels fire in hell according to the Bible.
