There have been lots of speculations about this
man. His name is Alexis Tsipras, and he seems to meet much of the criteria of
the prophesied Antichrist. He appeared from nowhere, almost magically and was elected as the Prime Minister of Greece.
He is an atheist with Jewish descent, a fornicator who is a strong supporter for
same sex marriage. He is against the institution of marriage but lives (and has
two children) with a woman he’s known since age 13. He keeps his private life very private, and
rarely is she seen in public with him.
His party in Greece is called
SYRIZA. He became the head of his
political party at 33 - the youngest ever. He
is the first leader of Greece to refuse to take a religious oath on the Bible
in the history of the country rather he took the oath in his own name.
In Sept
2014, Tsipras met with Pope Francis asking him
to create a peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians.
He is said to be saying some pretty big things that no one knows how he will
bring them about. The little horn is described in Daniel as speaking
boastfully and arrogantly.
Tsipras has “burst onto the scene” at
a time of great economic uncertainty in a country, Greece, that was the 10th
member to join the European Union in 1981.According to wnd.com, the Bible
predicts the antichrist will arise from a 10-member confederation of nations,
presumed by many to be the European Union, which is seen as the “revived Roman
empire” described in Daniel and Revelation.
He is of Greek nationality, born on July 28, 1974, the day (according to Jewish calendar) on which many Jewish calamities occurred.
But some people have dismissed these
as mere speculations while noting that since the time of Christ, Christians
have attempted to identify many characters as "the antichrist" eg Stalin,
Mussolini, Hitler, various popes, various U.S. presidents etc.

*This is what I have to say: Do not be distracted. Keep your focus on
the Christ, not the anti-Christ.
