Imagine yourself moving against a
crowd. Yes. Imagine as you strive energetically, pushing through a crowd of
people moving in the opposite direction of your destination. The pressure is high as you try to break through.
But because you know where you are headed you
keep moving, wading through the sea of people even as most of them taunt you, cajole you, lash
out at you, insult you, castigated you or push you back. They sure are not making life easy for you.
"Stupid man! Where are you going?"
"This man is crazy! What makes him different from the rest of us anyway?"
"Will you get back?! Mumu!"
"Mr Man, stop deceiving yourself and join the crowd."
Abuses flow in generous doses from left, right and center yet you ignore these voices that naturally would have discouraged you as you continue to press on to
your place, your calling, your goal, your focus, His purpose.
When you finally arrive in the
spotlight where you belong, where God had prepared for you; when you have made it, the same people who taunted you
will turn around and applaud you. They will seek your face and the face of your God.
Had you given in to them and allowed their words get to you, you would never have come this far.
So what am I saying? Forget the criticisms, the back stabbing, the rejections, the side talks, the insults 'cause at the
end of the day when you land, the same people who insulted you will honor you because you chose to be different. Don't ever give up.

Very true! I remember a friend of mine once said "poverty has no relations" the moment you arrive at you destination and successful, people who disapproved earlier want to reckon with you.
