Bionic penis seems to be the answer to erectile dysfunction for most men and according to reports the demand is on the increase. 


 How does a bionic penis work?

The bionic penis is fitted with tubes which fill with liquid from the stomach when men press a button in their testicles. It deflates when they press the button again.

Even male transgenders also can get a bionic penis. For example a transgender man, Lee Carter, 49, who was (and still is in my opinion) a woman got a bionic penis built using skin taken from 'her' arm, and features a pump inside a silicone testicle to make 'her' erect.
