Pornography didn't start today. No. 

It also existed as far back as 70 AD in a sin city called Pompeii, Italy.

Pompeii  is considered the richest city of the ancient times. But in  late 70 AD, the entire city was destroyed and it's people buried under volcanic lava and ashes.

 Does this scenario sound familiar? Yes, Sodom and Gomorrah.

For an entire city to be wiped out along with the children is not ordinary. Really I consider it an act of God's judgement against sin in Pompeii...sin that 'its cries have reached the heavens;. It means the height of sinful decay in Pompeii will be categorized as abomination.

Pompeii was littered, literally, with erotic symbols down to their table lamps! A typical sin city. There was even ancient pornography and gentlemen entertainment, brothel houses to suit every taste.

The people of Pompeii also appear to worship a phallic god. In fact, the excavation of Pompeii around the turn of the 20th century unearthed many erotic images of over-sized penises, even on the household items. 

This was so disturbing to those who found these items that they were either destroyed, reburied or locked away in the National Museum of Naples, Italy for over 100 years.

*Wow! Whatever happened to Pompeii was not ordinary. God must have given it as a sign to generations to come as a reminder about the consequences of their actions against God and His principle.

Today, the world is doing the same thing. Submerged in abominations so gory that if not for God's mercy, hmmmm...

God is merciful. The whole world should await His righteous judgement.
