Talk about idols! What do you give the utmost attention in your life? That's your 'idol'.
Okay, this 22yr old 's story is nothing new though. It's been happening and still is and there no hope it's gonna slow down soon, but for some reason I still wanna share it.
You know, it's incredulous, unbelievable, and baffling that someone spends thousands and thousands of dollars just to look like someone else. If you were to convert it to Nigerian Naira at the current exchange rate, it will be running into millions....hmm-mm...I don't get it.

Here's the list so you can relate:
£10,000 on his lip fillers alone
£3,000 on Botox
£2,000 on cheek filler, filler under his eyes, and filler on his jawline
He is even willing to have six ribs removed to achieve his ideal hourglass shape.
James had planned to overhaul his look from an early age so when he turned 17, he booked an appointment at a local salon to have his first bout of Botox and lip injections.
Presently, he tops up his filler every two months, to keep his luscious lips in prime condition. Luscious lips ke?
He has regular appointments to keep his eyebrows in shape and loves to contour his cheekbones.
When the Kardashians posted a picture on Instagram wearing waist trainers, he rushed out to buy one of his own.
“I’m going to be really fake looking – that’s the look I’m going for,” he said.
*Now, someone might say it's his life. He can live it as he sees fit. But like Paul said in 1 Cor 10:23
'You say, "I am allowed to do anything" - but not everything is beneficial.
Besides, does all these body alterations in the name of plastic surgery not make someone age faster? Funny, once they start they never stop. They become extra conscious of their looks, keep spending outrageously to maintain the fake look for the rest of their lives. It becomes an addiction, an obsession.
And I can just imagine the emotional trauma they'd go through if they wake up one day to find they have been damaged beyond repair (and that's what happens eventually.) It wears the body out.
Please, what can be more emotionally and physically stressful and enslaving than this?
Love the way God created you. Why alter it to become a second best?
