During the anti-Trump women's march in Washington DC, about 10 street evangelists also took the streets to warn the predominantly-liberal crowd about what the Bible has to say about sin.
Christianpost reports that along Pennsylvania Avenue, a group of over 10 street preachers from various states branched off into two different huddles — each with a megaphone and signs warning that "hell awaits" those who sin and calling for people to repent.

Some of the marchers did not take kindly to what the evangelists were saying.
These evangelists were spat on, had water thrown on them and even struck because of what they were preaching.
One of the street evangelists said that
when he was preaching on the street during the inauguration on Friday, a
group of six or seven people pushed him into a wall and cut his speaker
wire in his backpack.
"That has
happened to me before. People are convicted and they're are just
operating according to their flesh. We expect that to happen because
they are living according to the flesh and we shouldn't expect anything
less because people killed Jesus because He preached righteousness and
called people to repent.
There have been a lot of people who have done
dirty dancing around us, flicked us off, cursed at us but we are not
going return evil for evil. We say, 'God bless you.' We are not out here
casting stones, we are throwing life preservers," one of the evangelists said.
*I felt so touched reading about these brave street evangelists that took to the streets to face shame, ridicule and backlash because of Jesus. It's inspiring. God help us to be bold.
People don't want to hear the truth. They know what they are doing is wrong (the voice of conscience) but they don't want to stop it and they don't like it being rubbed into their faces either.
So they try in every way to quench the voice of conscience and move to justify their actions to make them feel good. They say, "It's my body. It's my life. It's my choice. I was born this way," bla bla bla.
Funny, but all these cannot change what the Truth is.
