A waiter working in a Chinese restaurant in Italy claims to have proof that their restaurant serves human meat to its diners.
He then posted to the Facebook a picture of two severed feet in a bowl. He claimed that the feet were served to a Chinese food merchant from Slovenia and his friends who ordered the dish, Bear Paw at the restaurant in Padua.
Bear Paws is a rare and ancient delicacy of Chinese cuisine.
A social media user informed the Italian authorities about it. Funny enough, the officials inspected the restaurant and found no trace of bear meat but rather found 55 pounds of meat and fish of doubtful origin plus dirt and grease all over the refrigerators, on the floors and on the oven.
There were also expired packages of frog legs and crab meat.
Investigation is on-going and it's unclear the present status of that restaurant, whether is open or not.
