What makes you think you are successful? Weigh your success here...

Success is success?  Says who? How do you measure success? Okay,  how do you think God measures success? God is not man.  His yardstick is not our yardstick.

There are two types of success and yes, it's the Scripture. I’m not talking from my head.  I will be giving you proofs.

We have the good success (Joshua 1: 8)and if there's a good success, automatically we know there is a bad success and I will differentiating the two.

Good success

Comes/springs from godly wisdom

It is not measured in money

It glorifies God

It lasts
It is fruitful

Bad success

Springs from demonic/ungodly wisdom

It is measured in money

Does not glorify God

Doesn't last forever

Let me expatiate:
Success can come from different means.  A man (A) may choose to sell his product using a naked woman on his billboard to attract potential customers.  Sex does sell and guess what? He sells and makes his money. Cool right? You will say he is successful but unfortunately, his success comes from worldly/demonic wisdom and clearly not from God.

Another man (B) wants to sell his product and chooses to go about it in a godly, descent way.  With time,  he becomes successful.  That's Good success.

It's amazes me how celebrities use nudity and sex to sell their music and they turn back and dedicate a track to God, thanking Him for their success.  I’m like "seriously?!"

God doesn't measure success in money, how much assets you have, how much you have in your bank account, luxury or how much houses you build.  Good success is not measured with materialism.

Good success is a well rounded success, spiritually and physically;  materially and immaterially. Everything about you flourishes. You may not have millions in your bank account but when you have God, you have everything.

In fact, you are even richer than Dangote because you are operating with the heavenly currency called faith.

The world's main pursuit is money.  What they do they do in the name of money or should I say Mammon? Money is the world’s yardstick of success that’s why they will do anything to get it while they neglect the One that truly matters.

But for the Christian who pursues God, all the material things will naturally follow him.  They will come and he will be blessed in every way; in your children, your marriage, your spiritual life. You will experience joy, peace, patience etc.

Someone may have all the money in the world but no joy, no decent children to share it with,  no good home, no peace. Money answers all things material but it doesn't afford the immaterial.

You can buy the whole world with money but spiritual gifts can't be bought.  They are God given.

So which success do you have?  Maybe you think you have made it in life but you made your money through prostitution, dishonesty, cheating, defrauding, lies, sex appeal etc, pele, your success na counterfeit. See Psalm 73.

The devil specializes in giving man what looks like success but deep inside, it is a fake success. True success is God-given, no short-cuts!

Aim for good success, the God-kind of success that lasts!

Celebrities sell their souls to the devil for fame and fortune

It is said that most Hollywood celebrities, to get to where they are today, made a deal with the devil...they sold their souls for fame and fortune. By selling their souls they submit to Satan so that he totally uses, enslaves and possesses their life, body, mind, will and soul. Satan's goal and agenda becomes theirs. Their life is no more their own. So let it not surprise you when their songs or movies serve Satan's purpose of driving men into deeper darkness. These celebrities are idolized and literally worshiped but clearly they serve Satan and channel demonic spirits through their music and movies. From the likes of Madonna,Jay Z, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Nicky Minaj ,Eminem, Bob Dylan and so so many others, these are known to be demon possessed having sold their souls to the devil. Melyssa Ford, a Canadian hip hop model and actress ,said in an interview, "If your ultimate goal is to be famous, you have to do a lot to get there like sign your name in blood i...

Late Hollywood actress, Marilyn Monroe, told Billy Graham, "I don't need your Jesus."

She had the perfect life anyone could dream of; remarkable wealth and great fame. Despite all that, Marilyn kept all of her sufferings to herself. One day during filming, a preacher named Billy Graham visited her. He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her. After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus". During that time, Monroe who was allegedly having a romantic affair with the President of the United States, John F Kennedy. A week later, she was found dead in her bedroom. Theories of her death started to spread. Some say she was assassinated because of political conspiracies and in the end, the most accepted theory up to this day is she committed suicide. It shows that she was suffering from a severe depression. In fact it is actually the right time for her to seek God, asking for help, not to take the easy way out by taking her own life. *Hmmm... One day soon I will write on Marily...

See how music is used to cast spells...(A must read)

We love music, but do you know there could be more to music than we bargained for? The devil is desperate and we should not be ignorant of his devices and this is one of them. One weapon that he always uses is subtlety . Here's what I pulled from a Wiccan website concerning Magickal music or let me say how they cast spells in music: "A magick spell is the integration of an intent with a physical representation of that intent.  "For instance, when you make a Witch’s spell pouch, out of a cloth and some herbs and oils and objects, each of those items represents a part of your intent. And in the magick, you are binding those two things: your intention and the physical world. "This brings your intention into form in the physical world. That's how magick spells work. In magickal music, the intention is wrapped up into a song, and bound into it. "When I create magickal songs, I do it with the guidance of the Divine. In a meditative state...
