 Powerful! When God opened my eyes to this, I was like "Wow!" 

It's funny how often we read or study a particular Scripture but it does not just hit you until...! Lol. Amazing. This article is one of such times for me.



I was studying James 2:14-26 with the Message Bible and NKJV and things stood out even better. Join me on this table:

"You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe and they tremble!"

How many times have you come across this verse in the Bible and you quickly move past it to the next? But this particular verse opened my eyes further to what faith and actions really is all about. Let me explain.

There are so many people out there who  believe that God exists or that Jesus is the Son of God. Yes, they believe that Jesus died for their sins, was buried and rose again, but that's where it ends for them. There is no accompanying works (or actions) to back up their faith. Even demons believe and they tremble but there is no accompanying works to prove what they believe. 

So, faith isn't a mental or oral assent. It is a heart assent that ultimately translates into actions. What is in our hearts must translate to actions.

Will there be hindrances, oppositions, challenges? Yes but you stay with the Word.

It is said that most Hollywood celebrities, to get to where they are today, made a deal with the devil...they sold their souls for fame and fortune. By selling their souls they submit to Satan so that he totally uses, enslaves and possesses their life, body, mind, will and soul. Satan's goal and agenda becomes theirs. Their life is no more their own. So let it not surprise you when their songs or movies serve Satan's purpose of driving men into deeper darkness. SEX SCENE on a children's cartoon?!

When I saw this, it made me shudder . The message was so blatant and it was on a children's cartoon. The scene showed two nude male and female characters, with the female holding the male' s genital. But from what I 'heard', it see ms to be the handiwork of some perverts who took a sce ne from a popular cartoon program - teen titans and cre ated that pict ure which is actually a link to a cartoon porn site.     A porn site with cartoon characters...who is their ta rget?
